Songs of Silence / Art Book

For the Songs of Silence artbook, we approached layout design as a way to echo the game's unique blend of rich lore and its striking Art Nouveau aesthetic. Every page was crafted to feel like an extension of the game’s world — flowing organic lines, ornate frames, and a deliberate sense of elegance guided our visual structure. We allowed the art to breathe while providing rhythm and structure through custom grids and carefully balanced white space, helping readers move effortlessly between visuals and narrative.

The book’s design language draws heavily from the visual themes found in the game: sinuous motifs, stylized natural elements, and mythic compositions. Each major lore section opens with a cinematic spread that pairs illustration with storytelling, evoking the tone of illuminated manuscripts and stained-glass storytelling.

​​Above all, the layout supports the emotional weight of Songs of Silence’s worldbuilding. From grand kingdoms to fading myths, each piece of artwork and text was given room to shine. Our goal was to make the artbook feel not just like a companion to the game, but like an artifact from its world—a visual relic that players and fans could explore, decode, and cherish.
